We collect the event content guests and hosts upload (photos, videos, and any names or notes added with them), the host’s email address so they can sign in and manage the event, and basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site and app are used.
We use this information only to provide the service: to store and display your album, to let the host sign in and run the event, to process payment for the Event Pass, and to understand and improve how Living Album works.
We never sell your photos, videos, or personal information, and we never show ads against your album. We share data only with the service providers needed to run Living Album (for example, hosting, storage, and payment processing).
On the free plan, an album’s sharing link stays open for 14 days. With the Event Pass, your album and original files are kept and never deleted while the event remains unlocked. You can ask us to delete an event and its content at any time.
