The Event Pass is a one-time payment, and it’s refundable. If Living Album wasn’t right for your gathering, just ask — we’ll refund your Event Pass. We’d rather you feel good about it than hold onto a payment you regret.
Email hello@livingalbum.app from the address you used to create the event, and let us know which event you’d like refunded. We’ll process it back to your original payment method.
Payment confirmation can occasionally lag, and a host may end up charged twice for the same Event Pass. If that happens, the duplicate charge is always refunded — reach out and we’ll sort it out promptly.
