Living Album lets a host create an event album, share a private link or QR code, and collect photos and videos from guests. Guests don’t need an app or an account. We provide the service “as is” and may add, change, or remove features over time.
Use Living Album for lawful purposes only. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to share, anything unlawful or abusive, or anything that violates the privacy of the people in it. Hosts are responsible for who they share an album link with and for moderating their album.
You and the guests who upload to an album keep ownership of your photos and videos. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and display that content so the service can work. We don’t sell your content or use it to train anything.
We work hard to keep Living Album reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that any particular file will be preserved forever. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
To the extent permitted by law, Living Album is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question.
